This ear wrap is suitable for use with a 1.2mm Labret and you can achieve a custom fit by choosing one of the 3 holes. Position the helix ear jacket on the back of your ear with the jewellery sitting snugly on the outside edge of your ear. Insert the Labret though both the jewellery and your ear, from the back, then screw on the front ball to secure. 2 Labrets enclosed to make fitting better - 1.2mm gauge, 6mm and 8mm lengths.
