Covid Service Update: Royal Mail currently state "our guaranteed delivery for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9am the next working day will change to by 11am the next working day*. Our guaranteed delivery for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm will change to by 4pm the next working day. This includes items where a Saturday guarantee has been purchased". This is the service that TDi uses and therefore we would ask for your patience and understanding if there is a delay in receiving your order. We do expect that the Royal Mail will prioritise this service as it always does so hopefully it will run as smoothly as usual.

EU Customers Delivery - Due to the UK leaving the EU on 1 January 2021, all EU customers must provide your EORI number before we can send your order. Unfortunately delivery may take longer than we would all hope due to the new customs regulations.
Covid Service Update - International Delivery: The situation around the world is very varied. It may be that orders will arrive as usual. It may be they take a lot longer. Please only place an order if you are prepared to wait if there is a delay in the mail system, that is out with our control unfortunately.
