This Steel Fake Jewelled Plug gives the illusion of a large gauge ear piercing. Both ends can be unscrewed from the 1.2mm gauge bar. (The Fake Plug comes in 4 apparent sizes, with the disk diameters being 4mm, 6mm or 8mm, all with a crystal clear gem at one end).
